W.V. de Stefano Homes, LLC. was founded in 1998 by owners Steve, Dan and Rocky de Stefano. A father and sons team with over 30 years experience in the home building and remodeling business. Together we have combined our talents of sales, design and development, and construction to team up and build some of the areas most beautiful and exquisite homes. Each of us brings our individual passions to the table to give the consumer the very best the home building industry has to offer. We pride ourselves on our quality construction techniques, one of a kind truly custom built homes, and our attention to our customers throughout the entire building process. We are a small TRULY CUSTOM home builder actively and personally involved in all areas of the home building industry. We all have held positions on various boards and industry events and Dan de Stefano is a Past President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. Our homes range in price from the $400k's to over $6 million. Each and everyone is designed, developed and built to fit each individual customer's lifestyle and price point. We have a dedicated team that includes our award winning architects, decorators, and our newest addition, Andrea de Stefano, our customer service and sales representative.
